( A Heartsick Sedition )

Ahhh so I totally finished Chapter 15 of MABPOL and emailed it to my beta like the Sunday before Christmas and I never got a reply so I'm a sad taco and then I leave her a comment on LJ and it turns out that her email is fucking up TOO and she never ever got the chapter!! X___X So anyway, I had to resend it today to a different email, hopefully she gets this one alright and whenever she gets back to me with the corrected bits I can post it!

I had hoped it would be a sort of Christmas present though....BUT you may be happy to know that this co-writing this is going AWESOMELY! We have enough written for the next 10 chapters!!! All they need is tense changing throughout and whatever I need to add or correct or switch around. I'm correcting the chapter after this one now and it's almost done. Hopefully I can squeeze working on that in between commissions. Maybe I'll make a day of it or something. But no worries. No more 1 chapter a fucking year! If I were you guys I would have lynched me by now XD

Anyway I know I capped all new chapters at 10 pages, but since I'd already written a bit this next one is long. 16 pages again, everything after should be around 10, I've already figured it out.

Bottom line: NEW CHAPTER OUT VEEEEEEEEEEEEEERRRRRY SOON, be on the lookout!

YES I am still doing it. NO I have not abandoned it and WILL NOT. It's just as true today as the day I started it. I WANT this story told and it's imperative that it gets finished properly because the ending is the entire reason for my writing it in the first place. :3

In any case, you all know that I'm slow as molasses when it comes to writing, right? Well, it turns out that when I write WITH someone I'm actually pretty fast O_O Who the fuck knew!? So, while thinking on this new little revelation I decided, "Why not ask Shai (my awesome friend and author of some fantastically sinister fics over at: her fic journal) to co write with me?" She's a fantastic writer, she writes a fucking killer Kyo (how I had envisioned him all along) and she knows the entirety of the story back and forth and knows exactly what I want from it. She also lives with me so it's never a problem to work on it.

SO! Over the last few days we set about trying it out and trying to finish the next chapter just to see how it would work out. An experiment if you will. ....

....... I'm very pleased to announce that not only is it twice as fast as my doing it myself, it is 3153613 as fast and we managed to get 9 pages knocked out in only a few days. ::gasp:: and if that wasn't enough everything flowed so much better and we were able to pull off what I think is an amazing chapter. That's saying something since I've almost hated the last few I've done.

So, not only should you be getting another chapter fairly soon, but you might even be getting two before we start on the next. I have some commissions I need to get started on, of course, and a bit of editing etc before it's sent off to beta, we're also waiting to finish the chapter afterward (which is currently over half way there :3) before I send it to beta. But I'm happy to say that if things continue on this road, and are as easy as these two have been then everything should go almost 90% smoother and you guys should get your chapters and it won't take a fucking century! ::crosses fingers::

Oh! And before anyone asks: THE WRITING STYLE OF THIS FIC WILL NOT CHANGE IN ANY WAY!

Notes:I FAIL!!!! Like...I fail more than any...failing thing...EVER. Seriously...I can't ever get a chapter out in a reasonable amount of time. But, as I said, I'm not giving up on this story. As a matter of fact I've decided to change the direction a bit because it will be much easier to write as opposed to what I originally had planned, regardless it will end the same way. I have 11 pages written (a little out of order) on the next chapter and plan to cap all new chapters at 10 pages in the future so I'm not expecting that this next one will take that long, but...I'm not jinxing it again by saying so for sure. This one is 16 pages long...and I HOPE it's decent. I've been so frustrated with it it's not even funny, so if it's kind of crappy I apologize. ::bows::

Hey all! I moved beginning of January and STILL haven't gotten my internet back. :( Which explains my complete absence from the world. I have a limited wireless connection going now that Shai's laptop picked up but I'm wary of it's...well...permanance. (is that even a word!?) ANYWAY, so I just want to let everyone know that I'm still very much alive and that I haven't given up on this story yet. So please don't give up on me ^_^

Chapter 14 of MABPOL is just about done, BUT I'm in the process of moving over the next few weeks. Since I'm the only one packing the house I don't know if I'll have time to get it out before January...BUUUT I'm damn well gonna try. Notes:WOW it's been awhile. I missed you guys!!! lol. AS most of you know the original of this whole thing was eaten by my old hard drive and panic ensued because it was 13 pages. Well...now...because of the multitide of ideas I've gotten since then this whole thing had turned into a 35+ page mess so I decided to cut it and get 3 chapters out of it. This one is 13 pages. The second part is almost done so you can expect a MUCH faster update. I can't tell you how sorry I am it's taken this long, but eh, life goes on right? At least I'm trying. ^___^;

Oh yeah...for those who are still waiting on me to finish the next chapter of MABPOL...::falls to the floor:: I'm sooooooooooooo sorry It's been this long. This chapter is being a hellion, but I have 11 pages so far and am slowly getting there. Please don't kill me :3 I wonder if most of you haven't given up on me yet. ::snort:: I swear to hide I'm the slowest writer EVER.

I must be the SLOWEST fucking writer in the whole world. -_-;; I swear to God...But I am getting somewhere. I have like 8 1/2 pages so far! That's promising. Only none of them link together as of yet. Anyway, my muse is coming back so maybe this time I'll actually get somewhere and be able to get this chapter out there. I am NOT giving up on this fic. I will write it to the end.
